Each session lasts 60 minutes, with a recommendation of 2 sessions per month.

Each session lasts 2 hours, and is over a duration of 6 weeks.
Through your 6-week course, you'll be given tools to:
1. Resolve Trauma: Learn to regulate your nervous system and resolve deep-seated trauma, unlocking a lighter, stronger, and more present version of yourself.
2. Be Open in Safety: Confront barriers and break them while writing in a supportive and private setting. This allows you to express your truth and observe your story with omniscience.
3. Embrace Freedom: Release past , allowing you to step into a new era of empowerment and liberation.
I am a qualified Trauma Informed Coach, specialising in giving my clients the confidence they need to take action.
Based in the UK, with a background in Creative Writing as well as performance and creative arts, I have always been an ambassador for people’s wellbeing, and the pursuit of living their truth.
This started at a young age when I was instrumental in setting up a successful voluntary peer support network within her high school, where senior students would provide support and a safe space for new and younger students could spend time during recess. This also included working with local groups to support various health awareness campaigns for teens.
Now, I write an advice column in a local magazine, and as a published author, my work provides the tools for clients to break away from the shadows they have found themselves in through creative means.
